Very easy. And quick.

I took my Gmc truck in for oil change and tire rotation. They immediately took my vehicle to the service bay and started working on it, no waiting! I was greeted by Sandra, the service manager, and kept informed of the progress of the work. My experience with Sandra and also the service writer and the technician could not have been any better. Tony was very nice and answered all my questions. But after 2 weeks of my Blazer being in service, they were not able to pinpoint the issue. They thought it was default in transmission or torque converter but never could determine exact problem. I couldn't go any longer without a vehicle because I am single mother with a child that goes to dr appointments 2 to 4 times a week and work full time. I bought the extended warranty so you would think they could had just replaced transmission or whatever. But was told it would be better to take it to the dealership that I bought it from if I want to try and use warranty. Which warranty department told me I could take to any Chevy dealership. think the issue was they had no idea what they were doing. Reason I state this is because they didn't even realize there was an issue until I told them repeatedly what it was doing. And now after I left, I noticed online all the issues with my model, and it is common for these issues. I always take my Balzer to dealership because I feel they are more knowledgeable but not in this case. You guys need mechanics that know what they are doing.

The guys gave me a thorough breakdown of what would be included in my service. The service was completed in the exact timeframe that was discussed. You could tell that the Prince Chevy service team respects the customers time and schedules.

I am extremely disappointed with this repair experience. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and accountability throughout the entire process. While Sandra made an effort to keep us informed, every time we sought answers from Danny, we were simply told that there were too many people involved to provide information. As a customer, that is not an acceptable response. It should not be my responsibility to navigate internal communication problems to find out what is happening with my vehicle. We were also frustrated by the lack of transparency regarding the engine replacement. The warranty company supplied a used engine costing $4,850 that was shipped directly to the shop, while a new engine through Prince would have required an additional $1,606 out-of-pocket expense. Important decisions and updates should have been communicated clearly and proactively. A vehicle repair of this magnitude requires trust, communication, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all three areas. The repair process left us feeling like we were chasing answers rather than being treated as valued customers. Experiences like this are exactly why consumers hesitate when told to support local businesses. Local businesses should provide a level of service and communication that exceeds expectations, not one that leaves customers frustrated and disappointed.

Our 19-year-old daughter visited for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This was our first experience having her truck serviced at this dealership. She was impressed by the kindness of the staff, especially when they held the truck door open for her as she got in. We appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown to us.
