Tony was very nice and answered all my questions. But after 2 weeks of my Blazer being in service, they were not able to pinpoint the issue. They thought it was default in transmission or torque converter but never could determine exact problem. I couldn't go any longer without a vehicle because I am single mother with a child that goes to dr appointments 2 to 4 times a week and work full time. I bought the extended warranty so you would think they could had just replaced transmission or whatever. But was told it would be better to take it to the dealership that I bought it from if I want to try and use warranty. Which warranty department told me I could take to any Chevy dealership. think the issue was they had no idea what they were doing. Reason I state this is because they didn't even realize there was an issue until I told them repeatedly what it was doing. And now after I left, I noticed online all the issues with my model, and it is common for these issues. I always take my Balzer to dealership because I feel they are more knowledgeable but not in this case. You guys need mechanics that know what they are doing.

The guys gave me a thorough breakdown of what would be included in my service. The service was completed in the exact timeframe that was discussed. You could tell that the Prince Chevy service team respects the customers time and schedules.
